Smart Hub

We build the voice that asks the follow-up.

Smart Hub LLC is a small software company. Our products hold real spoken conversations, with aircraft mechanics and with hiring teams.

Examiner

How are current, voltage and resistance related in an electrical circuit?

Candidate

Voltage is what pushes the current, and resistance works against it. That's Ohm's law, I think.

From DMEReady's public sample session. The candidate is voiced by AI.

DMEReady on a phone: the examiner has just asked a follow-up question about voltage and current.

DMEReady

To earn an FAA mechanic certificate, candidates pass an oral exam with a designated examiner. DMEReady lets them rehearse it out loud in a browser, then shows what each answer covered, what it missed, and which FAA handbook page to study.

The top of a VoiceRef reference report: overall signal, confidence, would-rehire answer and credibility.

VoiceRef's sample report, made with fictional people.

VoiceRef

Reference checks by phone, without the phone tag. Each reference agrees by text first. Then an AI interviewer calls, asks eight questions about the candidate's work, and follows up when an answer is vague.

How a session runs

Both products follow the same loop. The part most tools skip is the third one.

Ask

Every question is written and checked before any call, from sources we can point to.

Listen

Speech is transcribed live, and the system waits for the person to finish rather than cutting in.

Follow up

When an answer is thin or vague, the follow-up asks for the missing part, like a real examiner or interviewer would.

Report

Afterwards, a report quotes the answers and shows what was covered and what was missing.

How we work

Sources first

DMEReady only asks and grades from FAA material we have checked, and every point in a report links to the page it came from.

People decide

Our reports help someone prepare or make a call. They don't make the call for them.

Keep only what's needed

DMEReady doesn't store voice recordings. Each product's privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.

Built and run in-house

We design, write and operate both products ourselves, and we answer support email ourselves too.

About

Smart Hub LLC is owned and run full-time by its founder, Serdar Selçuk, who works from Türkiye. The company is self-funded.

It was formed in New Mexico in 2024, started with small web projects, began building its own software products in 2025, and now concentrates on voice software.
